The project is the first batch of pilot city projects and the first large-scale wet waste treatment facility in Shanghai, located in Huacao Town, Minhang District. BGB is responsible for the manufacturing, installation and commissioning of complete sets of equipment for the project, and establishes a localization company to operate the project.
The establishment of the project provides necessary terminal disposal support for waste classification in Shanghai. It is a demonstration base of the "Biological Transformation and Secondary Pollution Control Technology for Urban Perishable Organic Solid Wastes", a demonstration project of the "13th Five Year Plan" national key research and development plan. It was officially approved and participated in the preparation of the "Shanghai Organic Solid Waste Biotransformation Engineering Technology Research Center", and won the honor of the "Three Year Environmental Protection Action Plan" of Shanghai in 2019.
